We acknowledge that Trillium Sustainability is located on the current and ancestral, stolen homeland of Coast Salish peoples, specifically the land of the Duwamish (dxʷdəwʔabš) tribe - the first people of Seattle.

We acknowledge the painful history of genocide, forced assimilation, and efforts to alienate the Indigenous inhabitants from their territory. We honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land and their fight for tribal sovereignty, reserved treaty rights, and cultural resilience.

Indigenous people are the original spiritual and physical stewards of this land. Trillium Sustainability thanks them as caretakers who have lived and continue to live here. We will fight injustice in all forms by spreading awareness, humbly being guardians of nature, and bringing our community members along on the healing journey. We also pay Real Rent and encourage all Seattle residents and businesses to do the same.
