This workshop is part of the ongoing Rewilding Backyards Series to tend the sacred lands that support us - starting with our backyards.
We deepen awareness and build skills. The learning is relational and justice-oriented
As the rains return, we enter the ideal planting window on these Coast Salish lands.
This workshop aims to build awareness of the city's tree canopy through a justice and ecology lens.
A reality check of the escalating canopy devastation and the need for citizens and community to step in.
To fill the gap left by our failing city leaders and to mitigate the impacts of the chainsaws wielded by aggressive "developers".
To fulfill our obligation for the generations to come. There is an urgent call to plant trees to restore the canopy, starting with our backyards.
These introductions will bring vital life and myriad gifts to the community of your backyard. A game-changer in your Rewilding practice!
