The Low-Hanging Fruit Series

Session 3: Consuming Mindfully and Reducing Your Plastic Footprint

(This session is part of a four-part online group workshop series).
I bring these workshops to equip you with fluid skills and perspectives to make informed decisions in the face of the climate and ecological crises

A simple, overarching goal: to bring us closer to harmony and wholeness.
When we bring awareness and intention to our everyday habits and actions, we are more able to align them with our values and priorities. This will open the door to step out from the limited consumption box to the open sweet field of Reciprocity. We will regularly work with this word in this series. In Reciprocity lies healing and wellness for our hearts and Mother Earth. Wholeness 💚✨

How will the workshops flow?

Our sessions will be practical and interactive, featuring conversations, writing prompts, and Q&A. I will share simple, accessible habits and practices that you can easily incorporate into your daily life, helping you to build momentum toward Reciprocity.
Finally, you will go home with goodie sheets summarizing the practices, writing prompts, and resources to keep walking the path.
